Hello all! I need help as my home is in foreclosure and various other things in my life had gone awry before I 'figured it out'. Now, in the interest of re-inventing myself, here is my request:

I have the money to pay my house off in full, pay all my remaining obligations in full, to spend, and to remodel my house. I am experiencing peace and tranquility and rediscovering myself. I am excited about opening this new chapter in my life and now that I have identified the tools that I would like to have, I am happily receiving them.

I would like to personally thank everyone who lent their energies to the successful sales of the properties that I had for sale. As of August, the most troublesome property is SOLD, and my mother's estate is now closed. The other property is about to be relisted, so I am intending that:

I have the very best realtor for my situation; the house is SOLD for FMV (Fair Market Value) or better in the as-is condition; and the sale is closed within 30 days of re-listing the property.

(As an aside, because I hold equity in the home, FMV is plenty to allow the mortgage to be paid in full, to pay all closing costs, and leave a healthy profit for me to use for my future plans.)

THANK YOU—the second land lot closed successfully on October 30th with a tidy profit in hand. It was a cash offer and that made completion of the sale so effortless.

All that remain to be sold are the two lots bearing houses.

My first intention is that the house within the estate receives a cash offer equal to the asking price within the next 7 days, to close before Christmas 2008.

My second intention is that the other house receives a solid offer within two weeks of being returned to the market, to close before Christmas 2008.

My third intention is that the money required to pay for the completion of my next undergraduate degree as well as support me and my animals during my studies falls into my hands before classes begin in January 2009.

After midnight, on the 4th of July, someone set fire to the unoccupied house that has been on the market as part of my Mother's estate. Reports vary from being salvageable because the damage was contained to one corner of the house to possibly being demolished due to the age of the house despite being structurally sound. The irony is that the areas damaged were already in need of some repairs—the house already had "project" status for a self-appointed Bob Vila-type but the extent of the repairs seemed to put off the weekend warriors.

I am intending for everything to come together to produce a quick, profitable sale of this property such that we wind up profiting financially MORE from selling the property after the fire than we would have selling it before the fire (as is). Thank you all for your energies! Blessings to you.

MM for the Beginning of May 2008

Well it's not Monday, but it's the beginning of a new month, and since it's been a bit light on manifestation requests, I'm taking the liberty of posting one here. Remember, if you have a need, send it to jb AT mentalmanifestation DOT com.

First, I'd like to thank everyone who lent their energy to my estate/property sale issue. I've kept mum on the results because I prefer to wait until things are in stone before putting them out there—old limiting belief about "jinxing things" that I need to clear out, I guess—but it's time for an update.

We DID get an offer on the lot containing the house (the pivotal lot that allows for the closing of the estate to occur) and today (April 30th) was supposed to be the closing. We've been in negotiations for a month. There have been many counters back and forth. Last week, we signed the final sales contract and had a closing date.

Monday, we received a request from the buyer for an increase in the extra percentage required by their bank as downpayment. This means re-negotiating at a higher price to cover the extra fees, rewriting the contract and signing everything again. The constant changes have meant delay after delay because the closing date keeps being moved ahead.

This also delays distribution of the estate and has had a domino effect on my life.

So I'm asking for the following outcome—or something better. My preferred outcome is that the response we are giving them today is the FINAL counter; that the buyers accept it as stated and set a closing date for early next week (seven days from now or less); that all required fees, costs, and other hidden charges are now fully revealed and accounted for; and that the deal goes off without further delay, promptly and efficiently. I'm visualizing having the profit check in my hands by Wednesday, May 7, 2008 and the estate distributed completely by May 14, 2008.

OR... if this is the wrong deal, then I'm asking for a NEW bidder to appear within the next 36 hours who is ready to pay very close to our asking price, has financing, has their own downpayment funds, and wants a closing date of May 14, 2008 or earlier, and that THIS deal goes off quickly, efficiently and most beneficially to all concerned.

The short form preferred outcome is: either the deal currently on the table as of May 1, 2008 is IT and it moves to immediate completion easily and perfectly, OR a better bid comes in within 36 hours that will also complete quickly—whichever is better.

I basically belong to a small village since a few weeks I came across this concept of mental manifestation I read some books and got through some of the websites I was very amazed on learning the concept.

My Mother, who died in 2006, had inherited her Mother's home on 9 acres many years ago. To settle my Mother's estate, the property must be sold. It has been subdivided into three lots to expedite the sales. The middle lot, Lot #2, sold this month. Next, I'd like to request some assistance with a legal/financial matter. I am the co-executrix for my deceased parents' estate (both died in 2006). My sister and I must find a fair compromise so that the estate can be settled. There is a property involved that has been subdivided and is for sale. One of the lots sold last week. I'm asking for energy to move the other two lots ASAP and for us to find that fair compromise. I'm also requesting energy for an immediate and dramatic increase in my financial resources beyond the scope of and separate from the estate.
